Journal Quality Evaluation Service
TBU academic staff can contact the library and ask us to evaluate the quality of the journal.
What is this service about?
It is primarily an assessment of the quality and transparency of the journal. Emphasis is placed especially on the so-called “predatory” features that the journals may have. The service is intended primarily for authors who are interested in publishing their article in a peer-reviewed journal.
It is only a support information service, the final decision on whether or not to publish in a given journal is always up to the specific author.
If you do not know how to choose a specific journal for publishing your article, we will advise you where to find these journals, at vedavyzkum@k.utb.cz.
The service is provided free of charge and only for TBU academic staff.
